Destiny Udogie is available for the Carabao Cup third round tie against Liverpool at Anfield on Tuesday night, with kick-off at 8pm BST. The full-back missed the goalless draw with Everton on Saturday after starting at Nottingham Forest on 5 September.
Sandro Tonali, however, will miss the trip to Anfield. The midfielder has started all four Premier League matches this season but was rested for the second round win over Charlton. Pedro Porro also did not make the matchday squad at the weekend and remains sidelined.
At his pre-match press conference at Hotspur Way on Monday, Roberto De Zerbi said: "(Dejan) Kulusevski is still not available, Pedro Porro is not available. Udogie – yes. Richarlison, you already know – nothing has changed for the Carabao Cup or Premier League, the situation is the same."
De Zerbi had suggested after Saturday's game that he would play with "all other players" at Anfield. When asked to clarify on Monday, he said: "No, the other players, I think Lucas Bergvall is not another player, Mathys Tel, also. Then we have to analyse also the other players, maybe the players who didn't play enough."
He added: "I said I'm lucky because for the centre-back, for example, we have JP van Hecke and van de Ven, two top players, but Senesi, Ben Davies and Tosin are not less than van de Ven, and van Hecke, they are different, maybe. Now JP and van de Ven know better the connection, the style of play, but the level of the players is very, very close."
